How do you design an Instawall?
Simple! Log in with your Instagram, Facebook or email, upload your photos and arrange them to your liking.
I don’t have Instagram. Can I also use regular photos to create an Instawall?
Of course! You can upload photos from your computer, tablet or telephone. It’s very simple: in the tool, click on ‘upload photos’. You can upload more than one photo at once. When the upload is complete, you can place the photos directly into your Instawall.
On what kind of materials can I have my Instawall printed?
You can choose from four materials: poster, aluminium dibond, acrylic glass or glass. You can also have it mounted. The posters are reproduced on 250g/m2 premium photo paper. If you’d like something really unique in your living room, you can also choose aluminium dibond. The direct printing gives it a matte finish and an attractive industrial look. Acrylic glass and glass give a luxurious appearance, and glass is a particularly beautiful material. Our Instawall passepartout is stylish, with a bright white mount surrounded by a black wooden frame.
What does the free hanging system include?
Our aluminium, glass and acrylic glass products come standard with a hanging system. This is mounted onto your Instawall during the production process so that you can hang the product immediately at home. If you don’t want to drill holes in the wall, you can also choose a track system that allows you to hang and move your wall decorations with hanging hooks and cords. These track systems are available from hardware stores and framers.
How can I hang up my poster?
If you’ve chosen a poster, you can obtain poster clips from our webshop. You can find them under accessories.
Where is my order produced?
All products are made by our production partner in Germany. The people who do the work do so with great precision and care, working with the newest high tech machines. We are proud to say: Made in Germany.
What payment options do you offer?
You can pay us using iDEAL, Bancontact, Mister Cash and Paypal. If you are not able to use any of these options, you can also pay by bank transfer. You will find this option in your shopping cart.
How do I know that my order has been received?
As soon as you’ve placed the order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you’ve paid by bank transfer, it may take a few days for your payment to reach us. As soon as we have received your payment, we will personally send you an email notifying you that payment has been received, and that your order will immediately go into production.
What is the delivery time for my products?
Products from our webshop are usually delivered within one week.
What are the product shipping costs?
The shipping cost for the posters is €6.00. For other products, the price depends on the size and the material used. To give an indication, the shipping costs range between €6.00 and €10.00.
Can I have my shipment delivered to another address?
We can deliver to the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and England.
What do I do if I’ve filled in the wrong delivery address?
If you’ve filled in the wrong delivery address, let us know as soon as possible via email. You can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and the right delivery address.
How can I check the status of my order?
Within a couple of days of placing your order, you will receive a track and trace code via email. In most cases, your product will be delivered the day after that.
What should I do if I’m not at home on the planned delivery date?
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note in your mailbox with a new delivery opportunity. You can also go to the website of the delivery service and make an appointment yourself. No problem!
Can I also pick up my order?
Our products are sent directly from our production company which is located in Germany. It is therefore not possible for you to pick up your order.

What is included in the 100% quality guarantee?
With our quality guarantee you are always assured of an undamaged Instawall. If your Instawall arrives damaged, then we’d like to receive a photo of it from you. A damaged Instawall can be replaced with a brand new one.
What do I have to do if I receive a damaged Instawall?
Get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. Please send an email to email@example.com. We would appreciate clear photos of the damaged Instawall so that we can assess the damage. If it’s obvious that the damage has occurred during transport, please also send photos of both the inside and outside of the packaging.
