Can I replace my photos later on?

An Instawall is printed on a plate of the same material. It is one single print, so the photos cannot be replaced once the Instawall has gone into production.

Does my poster come with a suspension system?

Posters are delivered without a suspension system. You can use our hand-crafted wooden suspension system to put your poster photo print or Instawall up on the wall. An alternative is to use poster clips. These suspension systems are available separately and can be added to your order in the shopping cart or via our wall decoration page.

Instawall tool

The tool is indicating that the resolution of my photo is too low. Now what?

Low-resolution photos come out blurry. This is why we recommend to replace low-resolution photos with better ones. Still want to keep the photo in your Instawall, for example because it carries sentimental value? No problem, just keep in mind that the print of that photo won’t be as sharp.

What happens with photos that aren’t square?

Non-square photos are automatically cropped in the centre of the photo. If you prefer the photo to be cropped differently, you can easily crop the photos yourself once uploaded. Do make sure that all photos are cropped just like you want it before ordering your Instawall.

Can I use filters on my photos?

We currently have the option of making photos lighter and sharper and add more contrast. You can also use a black and white filter. Those are currently the only available filters but you can still upload photos that have been filtered beforehand.

Can I save my Instawall project?

Certainly. When you are signed in as a user, you can store your Instawall project online. Create an account and click the ‘save’ button in the tool. No need to install any software on your computer, everything is done online.

How long will my Instawall be stored for?

An Instawall project and any uploaded photos remain stored in your account for one month. Keep in mind that the photos are linked to an Instawall project. If you want to make an Instawall with a different size, you are going to have to upload your photos again. Pressing the ‘save’ button in the tool will make sure that the photos are stored for another month.

Photo albums tool

How do I create a photo album?

Creating a photo album is very easy. In the tool, you get to choose between various layouts and add extra pages at the end or in the centre of the album. Upload the photos into the tool and design your album online. No need to download any software.

Can I save my album?

Yes, you can save your photo album as well. It is all very easy with the photo album tool.

Can I use filters on my photos?

Yes! No problem. You will find our tool filters and editing options in the top right corner of the tool.

Can I add extra pages?

Certainly. Our photo albums have at least 24 and a maximum of 200 pages. Clicking the ‘plus’ at the bottom will add new empty pages. Next, use the layouts in the left column to add new photos to the pages. Extra pages (over 24) are charged at €0.59 per page for a 21x21cm album and €0.99 for 30×30 cm albums.


What is included in the 100% quality guarantee?

With our quality guarantee you are always assured of an undamaged Instawall. If your Instawall arrives damaged, then we’d like to receive a photo of it from you. A damaged Instawall can be replaced with a brand new one.

What do I have to do if I receive a damaged Instawall?

Get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. Please send an email to info@instawall.nl. We would appreciate clear photos of the damaged Instawall so that we can assess the damage. If it’s obvious that the damage has occurred during transport, please also send photos of both the inside and outside of the packaging.

Can I get a business invoice?

A receipt with VAT details is included in your shipment. Does your administration require additional information or documents? Please send us an email at info@instawall.nl to request a business invoice.

I am ordering from abroad for my company. Can the VAT be exempted?

If you are placing an order for your company and you aren’t registered in the Netherlands or Belgium, we are able to exempt the VAT. Enter the VAT number and the exemption request in the order comments section of your order. We will take care of the rest. For Dutch and Belgian companies, VAT refunds can be filed with the respective tax authority. Our VAT numbers are:

What is the delivery time?

• We aim to ship all products within a single week. Delivery times depend on the country and the size of the package.

What are the shipment costs?

The following rates apply to the Netherlands and Belgium:

• €3,99 | Photo albums.
• €5,99 | Posters below 80cm
• €6,99 | Posters above 81 cm
• €7,99 | Wooden suspension system
• €7,99 | Wall decoration below 80 cm

Shipments to other countries are subject to the country and the size of the package. Get in touch with us via info@instawall.nl for the specific shipment costs.

I live in Belgium, will I be paying extra shipment fees?

No additional shipment fees apply to Belgium. Do take into account that shipment may take a day longer in some cases.

What countries do you ship to?

The checkout page offers shipment options to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and England. For other countries, please send an email to info@instawall.nl. Because some products have deviating dimensions, shipment options differ for each order. We are happy to help via email.

Can I have the order delivered to a different address?

Certainly. You can add a different shipment address under invoice details during checkout. Do keep in mind that we cannot add a personal message to a shipment.

I would like to check the status of my order. What should I do?

The Instawall is shipped within a week after payment. You will receive a track and trace code that allows you to track your package. For more information about the status of your order, feel free to email info@instawall.nl. Include your order number and we will take care of the rest.


Can I use the gift card for multiple orders?

Yes, you can. The gift card is considered a currency. If you don’t use up the entire amount, you can use the remaining amount in your next order.

Can I also use a gift card for photo albums?

A gift card can be used for all Instawall products, including photo albums, photo prints and suspension systems.

Can I combine multiple gift cards?

Yes, you can. The amounts of the gift cards are deducted from the total in the shopping cart.

For how long does an Instawall gift card remain valid?

An Instawall gift card is valid for two years.
